All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.

We encourage customers to review all product information carefully prior to placing an order. If you require additional details or have questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing, as we are unable to make exceptions once an order has been completed.

Please note that items may look different in person than they do in the photographs displayed on our website. We strive to ensure that our images are as accurate as possible, but minor variations may occur.

Stillness Planners. is not liable for any incidents that may occur from the use of our products. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.

Stillness Planners is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our warehouse. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.

Stillness Planners pays all duties for Canada, USA, and Australia orders. If you don't live in these specific countries, you will have to pay your own duties (if any).
