Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.
What is the return policy?
We are not able to accept returns on products. If a product is defective or damaged, send us an email with your order number and a photo. Once you have approval please send the order back within 14 days after you received it and we will replace it for you.
After an order has been placed, we can not refund the order. Please make sure to double check your order before you place it. All digital sales are FINAL due to it being a digital product, it may not be returned.
What is the exchange policy?
To be eligible for an exchange, please send us an email at sales@stillnessplanners.com. If approved, products must be exchanged within 14 days after you received it and in its original unopened, unused condition. Stillness Planners does not provide return shipping labels.
I put the wrong address for my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at sales@stillnessplanners.com. If we haven't shipped it out, we are able to change the address. However, if the package is already shipped out, Stillness Planners will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Afterpay and Paypal. We also have Sezzle available as well.
I refused my delivery, do I get a refund?
Stillness Planners is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our warehouse. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.

- Standard: 2 to 5 business days (Alberta may take an extra few days) - $14.99 CAD (Free for orders $150 CAD and up)
- Express: 1 to 3 business days (Alberta may take an extra few days) - $19.99 CAD
- United States:
- DHL Priority International: 2 to 5 business days - $14.99 USD
- DHL Express International: 1 to 4 business days - $19.99 USD (Free for orders $250 USD and up)
- United Kingdom:
- DHL Priority International: 2 to 5 business days - £11.99 GBP
- DHL Express International: 1 to 4 business days - £17.99 GBP (Free for orders £350 GBP and up)
- Australia:
- DHL Priority International: 2 to 5 business days - $44.99 AUD
